What's the difference between the kits?
The Starter Protocol (4 products) covers the essentials: derma roller, growth oil, balm, and sanitizer. The Growth Protocol (6 products) adds a biotin vitamin spray and a boar-bristle brush — it's our #1 best seller. The Complete Protocol (10 products) includes everything in the Growth Protocol plus grooming tools: trimming scissors, a straight razor, and two combs for shaping and styling.
Is the derma roller safe?
Yes. Our 0.5mm titanium derma roller is designed specifically for facial use. Always sanitize before and after use with the included cleansing spray.
How do I use the derma roller?
Roll gently over your beard area 2–3 times per week, applying light pressure. Do not use on irritated or broken skin. Apply growth oil after each session for maximum absorption.

Where do you ship?
We ship to the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Free standard shipping on all orders.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Returns & Guarantee
What's your return policy?
We back our beard growth protocols with a 90-Day Growth Guarantee. Use your kit consistently for 90 days — if you see no growth, email us at contact@beardprotocol.com with your order number and dated progress photos. Once your claim is approved, return your empty products and we'll issue a full refund. The guarantee can be claimed once per customer, within 100 days of delivery. Full details on our Growth Guarantee page. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Do I need to return the products?
Yes. To process a guarantee refund, we ask you to return your empty products as proof you completed the protocol. You cover the return shipping (we recommend a tracked service), and we'll provide the return address once your claim is approved.
